The BSI is one of the oldest, largest, and most operative, Immunology societies in the world and is the largest in Europe. Our members are based all over the world, admist the majority working in Britain.

The BSI’s main objective is to promote and support virtue in research, scholarship and clinical practice in immunology for the benefit of human and animal health and welfare. The BSI seeks to avail British Immunology accomplish the highest possible goals. To meet this objective, the BSI undertakes the following:

  • Running innovative events in research, public engagement and education
  • Promoting and disseminating research and good practice in Immunology, translational medicine and vaccination
  • Working with its members to develop the assistance of membership and the relevance of the Society

  • Enhancing public awareness of immunology

  • Market Capitalization of Immunological companies: In 2014, investors provided $3.3 billion into firms that are developing drugs for brain-destroying or psychiatric relapse. Some big drug companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Roche and Novartis, are finding ways to reinvigorate their accomplishment.

There are numerous Immunology societies worldwide, both for National & international.  These societies elaborate the study of Immunology is throughout the world. It tells about the physiological functioning of the immune system in states of both health and diseases; malfunctions of the immune system in immunological anarchy (such as autoimmune diseases, hypersensitivities, immune deficiency, and transplant rejection); The study of the molecular and cellular components that comprise the immune system, including their function and communication, is the central science of immunology. The resistant system has been divided into a more primitive innate immune system and, in vertebrates, an acquired or adaptive immune system. The latter is further divided into humoral (or antibody) and cell-mediated components. There are numerous Immunology societies worldwide, both for National & international. American Immunology Societies - The American Association of Immunologists is an congress of professionally trained scientists from all over the world dedicated to accelerate the knowledge of immunology and its related disciplines, fostering the interchange of ideas and information through investigators, and addressing the potential integration of immunologic principles into clinical practice. They are very active in the research and more than 60 Immunology societies are working in America related to the domain of Immunology.  The society is very active in research and is located in Maryland, Washington and New Jersey

European Immunology Societies - The EFIS Board traditionally holds its meetings in different cities throughout Europe, in order to learn more around the current state of affairs of its affiliated Members. There are more than 35 Immunological societies in Europe. Larger chunk of European societies are located in Ukraine, England, Germany and Israel.

Asia – Pacific Immunology societies - The Federation of Immunological Societies of Asia-Oceania aims to promote close contact and inter communication between immunological societies of the Asian and Oceania regions and facilitate the exchange of scientific knowledge and personnel by Promoting communication and collaboration between immunologists in the region, Organizing workshops and conferences in the field of immunology Conducting educational programmes, training courses and promote exchange of scientists in the overall consequence of the advancement of Immunology in the region. Current members include Australia & New Zealand, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Japan, Korea, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Thailand, and Sri Lanka.

  • Middle East Immunology Societies -   In Middle East almost Immunology Associations are present. These societies are organizing annual and biannual Immunology Annual Conferences in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. These societies are actively involved in the research field and are continuously organizes conferences to bridge the gap between industry and academicians
  • Immunology Society Conferences- There is almost 130 Immunology Meetings and conferences which are scheduled by these societies for the year 2016 and 2017 in different parts of the globe. These international Immunology Conferences and Immunology Annual Meetings are intended to bring together all the recent researches, new innovations and findings in a global platform.
